Case introduction: The middle aged female patient whose CT showed a ggo in the right upper lobe for 1 year. The diameter of the lesion was 1.8*1.8cm..The CT report of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital considered the leisoin maybe early stage of lung cancer.As the ggo was pure , the solid ratio was less than 25% and the diameter of solid area was less than 5mm, so it was estimated that the lesion is in situ or microinvasive adenocarcinoma before operation. Because the nodule was located between the right upper S1 and S2. To ensure that the surgical margin is sufficient, so uniportal thoracoscopy was performed for S1+2 resection.The frozen pathology and postoperative pathology was microinvasive adenocarcinoma.The patient was well discharged from the hospital three days after the operation. Operation time : 1 hour and 30 minutes Bleeding amount:100ml
