作者：陈建乐，南通大学附属医院胸外科，主任医师、医学博士、硕士生导师。邮箱：jsshcjl@163.com。病例介绍：本病例结节接近左肺斜裂，有随访病史，结节较前稍增大，考虑微浸润腺癌可能，有手术指征。术前规划，考虑楔形切除切缘不足，结合术前三维重建和安全切缘设计，为达到肿瘤学要求，决定行LS6b+8a联合亚段切除术及肺门肺内淋巴结采样。术中及术后病理均证实为微浸润腺癌，术后无并发症发生，达到了完整切除肿瘤的同时，尽可能的保留了肺功能。
