体检发现左下肺结节，2cm多，行单孔左下肺叶切除术。 美好发育的斜裂下面藏着万恶的门钉淋巴结。 碰到门钉淋巴结一定要向动脉远端充分游离，这例出血原因在于，背段动脉没有充分游离远端，没看到动脉分叉并用分离钳分离导致撕裂（此处门钉淋巴结吃住了动脉后壁）。 最后常规病理，作为门钉淋巴结的10组、11组及5组确实没有转移，坚硬的7组淋巴结出乎意料提示转移。
