柳瑞军 博士 上海市胸科医院 肿瘤外科 患者介绍 患者，男，55岁， 主诉：咳嗽，咳痰1月余，在外院检查胸部CT发现右肺门占位，伴右上叶肺不张，考虑恶性肿瘤可能； PETCT提示右上叶肿瘤，FDG摄取升高，提示恶性肿瘤可能，未见远处转移； 荧光支气管镜提示右上叶开口新生物，荧光显示新生物为粉红色，考虑恶性肿瘤可能， 予以活检提示恶性肿瘤，倾向鳞状细胞癌。 术中和术后病理为鳞状细胞癌。
