Title: Uniportal VATS LS4+5+S1+2c Segmentectomy Corresponding Author: Guobing Xu, 76465455@qq.com ,18059036047 Summary: This video is a case of left S4+5+S1+2c resection under the guidance of 3D imaging system. Chest CT indicated a mixed ground glass opacity(GGO) with a diameter of 1.4cm. After enhanced CT scanning, the image information was imported into the IQQA-3D imaging system, and the three-dimensional and quantitative reconstruction of the bronchi, arteries and veins was performed. According to the result of reconstruction, specific operation process was planned before the surgery, and the operation was smoothly finished. Postoperative pathology was microinvasive adenocarcinoma, without mediastinal lymph node metastasis. The patient discharged 5 days after surgery,and CT scan suggested satisfactory lung expansion.
