Yin) Tel: 13601615676 Email: hunterfh1@163.com Abstract A 42y-old women suffered from a 8mm GGO lesion in her left upper lobe. After 6 months follow-up, operation was underwent. According to CT scan, lesion was located in S1+2a and b. Preoperative 3D-CTBA shew that sub-segment bronch 3a started from B1+2 while A1+2a、b、c and A3a have common stem. V1+2 was inter-vein between S1+2 and S3. Intraoperation, we firstly open posterior mediastinum pleura and make pulmonary artery exposed. After cutting off A1+2a, we separated oblique crack and found A1+2b、A1+2c、A3a. Cutting off A1+2b, B1+2ab was found and cut. Through expanding and collapsing lung, we found the dividing line between S1+2ab and other lung. We removed the S1+2ab with linear stapler cut. No Conflict of Interest
