A new biopsies in the right upper lobe bronchial ostium was found by preoperative electronic bronchoscopy . Localized atelectasis was found by preoperative chest CT. The preoperative cardiac and pulmonary function tests were normal. This patient accepted the uniportal VATS bronchial sleeve lobectomy. The operative incision located at the 5th intercostal between the midline and anterior line of the axillary. Firstly, the hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes were dissected, and then, the upper pumonary vein and artery branches were dissociated and cutted off respectively, lastly , the intermediate bronchus and right main bronchus were cutted off respectively . The anastomosis of the intermediate bronchus and right main bronchus was performed continuous suture by 3-0 prolene suture. Conflict of interest: no conflict of interest
