This video demonstrates a Uniportal VATS S6 segmentectomy operation for arteriovenous malformation. 19 years old patient presented with shortness of breath and cough. CT scan Showed a large A-V malformation in the superior segment of the right lower lobe (S6). Percutaneous angiographic closure with coils failed due to the large size of the vessels. Surgical intervention was decided. The pos-operative course was uneventful and the patient discharged home on POD# 3
