A 39-year-old female patient was admitted in inpatient because of two pulmonary GGNs were discovered by thoracic CT scan for one year. She was underwent thoracoscopic left apicoposterior segmentectomy(S1+2), basal lateral segmentectomy(S9) and systemic mediastinal lymph node sampling. Three incisions VATS technique were applied.
