胸腔镜下S1a+S2a联合亚段切除术 术者：詹必成；助手：王欢、古明博；指导医师：刘建、陈剑 詹必成，硕士，安庆市立医院心胸外科副主任，安徽医科大学硕士研究生导师 E-mail：zbcboy@126.com，Tel：15156231121 摘要：患者，女，48岁。“体检发现右上肺磨玻璃结节1年余”入院。胸部CT：右上肺纯磨玻璃结节，直径9mm。手术方式：单操作孔胸腔镜下右上肺S1a+S2a联合亚段切除术。术前3D-CTBA：前型中心静脉。手术步骤：依次处理Asc.A2a、B2a、A1a、B1a，然后膨胀-萎陷法显示亚段平面，再显露处理V2a，最后使用staple沿亚段平面切割。
