单孔胸腔镜右肺下叶切除+淋巴结清扫术 作者：陈亮 指导老师：马国栋 南京市胸科医院 患者 68岁 男性 检查发现右肺下叶占位。PET-CT检查提示：右肺下叶软组织肿块，大小4.7*4.1cm，右肺门淋巴结肿大；未见肿瘤远处转移征象。 术前CT引导下穿刺肺活检病理示：鳞状细胞癌；术前临床分期：cT2bN1M0。术后病理：鳞状细胞癌，支气管切缘阴性，术后病理分期：T2bN1M0，术后随访中。
