摘要：患者55岁男性，咳嗽气短2月之主诉入院。气管镜：右肺上叶管口粘膜隆起，管腔狭窄，病理活检为鳞癌。经MDT讨论后行GP方案新辅助化疗2周期，复查胸CT示右肺上叶肿瘤较前明显缩小。于全麻胸腔镜下行胸腔镜下右肺上叶癌袖式切除术，行中间段支气管+右主支气管端端吻合，术后恢复良好，顺利出院。 利益冲突：无。
