本术式与开胸手术操作顺序一致，首先切开肺门前方纵隔胸膜,游离右上肺静脉上叶支及右肺上叶动脉前干，将肺门淋巴结及叶间淋巴结推向远端，切断结扎右上肺静脉上叶支及右肺上叶动脉前干，从肺门前方显露后伸支动脉并切断，以切割缝合器切断叶间组织，显露右肺上叶支气管，将支气管旁淋巴结及叶间淋巴结游离后推向远端，清扫下气管旁淋巴结及隆突下淋巴结，以便充分显露右肺上叶支气管及右主支气管，将右肺上叶支气管袖状切除，断端以可吸收线缝合牵引，以3-0Prolene缝线行连续端端吻合，缝合完毕收紧缝线并打结。
