Uniportal VATS left upper double sleeve lobectomy

Uniportal VATS left upper sleeve lobectomy was performed by Jianglei, one month ago. During the arterial anastomosis, there was a challenge to deal with very short proximal artery strump due to shrinkage of artery wall beneath the tourniquet, it was very difficult and dangerous for artery reconstruction with such a short artery margin. Eventually arterial anastomosis was successful, despite a little bit of stricture from “Purse String Tightening”. Follow-up examination proved satisfactory recovery of this patient.
