25 years old female with huge left sided cyst occupy the left upper lobe. she was diagnosed as pneumothorax and had a chest tube in. she report a history of watery sputum with a salty taste and she is a sheep breeder. from this history and radiological finding we think it is a hydatid cyst and we plan to perform a uniportal VATS cystectomy and capitonage.
