南1 单孔胸腔镜RS3b切除

患者体检发现右肺上叶前段纯磨玻璃结节，大小约1cm；随访3个月后结节未见明显变化，AI辅助分析结节恶性程度达90%以上，属于高危结节，随后患者选择手术治疗。结合患者薄层胸部CT及三维重建，术前规划行RS3b切除可以满足2cm的手术切缘，为患者保留更多肺功能，遂行单孔胸腔镜下RS3b切除，术中行第10、11组淋巴结采样均为阴性，术后结节病理未微浸润腺癌，术后无相关并发症，第3天出院。
