Contest2021-北14-单孔胸腔镜右肺下叶S8a亚段切除

Tel: 15030140388 Email: tao11182004@163.com Abstract A 37y-old women suffered from a 9mm GGO lesion in her right lower lobe. After 4 months follow-up, operation was underwent. According to CT scan, lesion was located in right lower lobe S8a. Preoperative 3D-CTBA shew that sub-segment bronch 8a and A8a, V8a1and V8a2 have common stem. V8a3 was inter-vein between S8a and S8b. Intraoperation, we firstly open oblique crack and make pulmonary artery exposed. After cutting off A8a, we found B8a and V8a1+2. Cutting off B8a and V8a1+2 was cut. Through expanding and collapsing lung, we found the dividing line between S8a and other lung. We removed the S8a with linear stapler cut.
