23G-23 位于肺门处GGO的解剖性楔形切除术+张严
Anatomical wedge resection of GGO in the hilar region Wedge resection(WR) is deemed the most common and “inferior” thoracic surgical approach and has long been associated with simplicity, compromise, and significant oncologic safety concerns. Some anatomical regions, such as the hilar region(HR), were considered impossible for conventional wedge resection. Based on the territorial vessel attribution method, anatomical WR(AWR) which is conceptually and technically identical to segmentectomy/sub-segmentectomy has never been formally introduced and discussed. Here we present a surgical video of AWR in the management of a GGO lesion in the HR, hoping to provide some reference for colleagues in related fields, we believe that carefully planned and well executed AWR has the possibility to renew the concept and clinical value of WR by sparing more lung tissue and function than segmentectomy/lobectomy with the same oncological efficacy.
