a 52 years old lady complain of dyspnea and heaviness on the right chest of 4 months duration. her initial chest x ray show right para cardiac shadow and CT scan show a mediastinal cyst mostly thymic cyst. we plan to perform a subxiphoid uniportal thoracoscopic resection of this huge thymic cyst despite the fact that her BMI is 34.8 and this approach was always claimed to be for selected patients
