In order to avoid the crowdedness of the instruments during the uniportal VATS procedure, we designed in Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital a small grasper that can be applied through the incision and moved from outside the chest cavity using a magnet. This video shows the usage of this grasper during a segmentectomy procedure.
