With accurate localization of the tumor and three-dimensional reconstruction analysis, the range of surgery is appropriately determined, the segmental structures are fully identified, and the surgical procedure is reasonably regulated. This procedure simplified the complex segmentectomy and reduced the difficulty of surgery to a certain extent. Although there are some doubts about the identification of some anatomical structures during the operation, we follow the principle of "Better less than more", confirm them step by step during the operation, and finally complete the resection of the scheduled operation range.
