Segmentectomy has been widely used in lung cancer and become one of the routine surgical procedures for early lung cancer. Because the anatomical variation of the lower lobe is more changeable than that of the upper lobe, adding the target segment vein is deep and the intersegment plane is complex, so the pulmonary segmentectomy of the lower lobe is obviously more difficult than the upper lobe. Three-dimensional reconstruction of pulmonary blood vessels and trachea before surgery is helpful for us to understand the location of lesions and the anatomy of target trachea and blood vessels, and to plan the surgical steps and scope of resection in advance. In operation, it is helpful for accurate and rapid target segment resection. The preoperative CT Imaging examination of this patient showed a nodule of about 1.2cm in size around the left lower pulmonary lateral-posterior base segment. Considering the possibility of early lung cancer, no obvious contraindications were found in preoperative examination of cardiopulmonary, hepatic and renal functions, S9+10 segmentectomy was recommended.
